Are you a good observer?

Hi my dear pupils,
Are you good observers?
Look at this video about a murder solved by an excellent policeman. Don't worry if you don't understand the dialogues. Only look carefully (to open the screen, just only click on the small arrows). There are some changes on the set during the video. Can you notice them?
This is an advertisment on the English TV to caugh the audience attention about cyclist on the road, in order to avoid more accidents. It's very interesting!
